Team Building

Team-Building With Jusby the Clown

Teams bond fastest through play, shared laughter, and low-stakes creativity. I deliver facilitated experiences that reset group energy, dissolve social tension, and help people work together with more ease.

What I Offer

Three formats, all adaptable to workplace culture, venue, and group size.

1. Warm-Up: Laughter & Ice-Breakers

Short sessions designed to wake up a room and drop everyone into the same playful mindset.

Elements may include:

  • Clown-guided laughter yoga
  • Interactive cootie-catcher prompts
  • Light improv moments
  • Quick trust-building games

Best for: meetings, retreats, breakout sessions, conference mornings.

2. The Build Session

Hands-on, creative team-building using physical objects—LEGO bricks, blocks, props, or mixed materials—to explore identity, problem-solving, and communication.

Structure:

  • Challenge: a prompt tied to a workplace theme
  • Build: teams construct metaphors, models, or solutions
  • Share: small-group presentations
  • Reflect: insights tied back to daily work

Best for: half-day retreats, onboarding groups, cross-department collaboration.

3. Full Experience

A customized blend of clown facilitation, laughter practice, interactive games, and build activities. Stronger emphasis on flow, connection, and collective experience.

Can include:

  • Multiple stations or “quests”
  • Group rituals or comedic transitions
  • Creative problem-solving rounds
  • A final shared moment or reveal

Best for: annual gatherings, team resets, company celebrations, large groups.
